REHABILITATION OF DAMAGED ROAD IN CAGANAYAN
1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (Php11, 580, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REHABILITATION OF DAMAGED ROAD IN CAGANAYAN with Contract ID PGA-PEO2026GF(CO-RDS)-CW03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA now invites bids for REHABILITATION OF DAMAGED ROAD IN CAGANAYAN located at Sitio Bising, Caganayan, Tineg, Abra. Completion of the Works is required within 95 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
