1) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE through the DRRMF intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS ONLY (PhP1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF DAMAGE INFRASTRUCTURE (LIBERTAD FLOOD CONTROL). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for REHABILITATION OF DAMAGE INFRASTRUCTURE (LIBERTAD FLOOD CONTROL). Completion of the Works is required within 37 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
