Description : Scope of Work:
The project shall cover the Repair, Rehabilitation, Improvement, and Restoration of the Custodian-s Office to provide a safe, functional, clean, and suitable workspace for school custodial and maintenance operations.
I. Inspection and Assessment
1. Conduct an inspection of the existing Custodian-s Office and identify areas requiring repair and rehabilitation.
2. Assess the condition of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, electrical facilities, and other existing components.
3. Identify damaged, deteriorated, or defective materials and facilities requiring repair or replacement.
II. Rehabilitation and Repair Works
1. Repair and restore damaged portions of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and other building components, as necessary.
2. Remove damaged or deteriorated materials and replace them with suitable and durable materials.
