Invitation to Bid for REHABILITATION OF COVERED COURT
1) The Barangay of Las-ud, Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur through the 20% Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 290, 846.80 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF COVERED COURT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay of Las-ud, Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Covered Court Completion of the Works is required 15 CD. Bidders should have completed, within 60 CD from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
