The Provincial Government of Aklan, through Environmental & Admission Fee intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 300, 000.00) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Caticlan Jetty Port Passenger-s Terminal Building (Replacement of Broken Window Glass affected by Typhoon and Conversion of Doors to Window Glass), Caticlan, Malay, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 415 Series 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days.
