Rehabilitation of Bulwagang Syquio
1) The Armed Forces of the Philippines through GHQ Bid and Awards Committee 4 through the GAA FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (PhP10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Bulwagang Syquio. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The AFP through GHQ BAC 4 now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Bulwagang Syquio. Completion of the Works is required within One Twenty (120) Calendar Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed and Site Possession whichever comes late. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, ...
