Rehabilitation of Bulwagang Mabini
1) The Armed Forces of the Philippines through GHQ Bid and Awards Committee 4 through the GAA FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million pesos (PhP5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of OTAG Area. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The AFP through GHQ BAC 4 now invites bids for Rehabilitation of OTAG Area. Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed and Site Possession whichever comes late. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Invitation to Bidders (ITB).
