1) The LGU-Banton, Romblon, through the MDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of five hundred two thousand four hundred twenty pesos (Php 502, 420.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of BCR Lagang Section -Reference No.: GD-04-2026.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
