Description : 1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Ambago, Butuan City through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites potential and interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Civil Works for the Rehabilitation of Barangay Covered Court with Bleachers at Purok-6. The ApproveD Budget Cost is Two Million Three Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (Php 2, 336, 945.00).
2. Bidders should have undertaken a similar requirement awarded and completed from 2023 to present amounting to at least 50% of the ABC. The eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
3. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of New Procurement Act (Republic Act No. 12009) and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
