1. The Local Government Unit of Laoang, through the 20%EDF component of the SB approved Municipal Budget intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php7, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of B. Poso Street (196.00 ln.m. x 200mm thk x 4.00m wide, with 200mm Base Course) / ITB- LNS 4-2024-INFRA-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Laoang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 170 Calendar Days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
