The City Government of Cotabato, through Ordinance No. 4951 series of 2021, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Twenty Three Thousand and Sixty Four Pesos (Php 6, 523, 064, .00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the - whole lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
