1. The Municipality of Cabatuan, Isabela, through the 20% Local Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (P 5, 000, 000.00 )being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation and Upgrading of Climate Control Infrastructure at Cabatuan Multi-Purpose Hall, Sampaloc, Cabatuan, Isabela (Purchase and Installation of Airconditioning Unit) with Project Identification Number 2026-30. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
