Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation and Restoration of Partially Damage Houses in (Al-Ghail, Al-Hazm, Al-Zahir,, Khub Washaaf, Wadi Barat Al-Anann ) Districts -Al-Jawf Gov

· A meeting will be held with all contractors on Tuesday, Aug 06, 2024 at 11:00 A.M in YARD's headquarters (Algeria Street - Next to Exceed Institute - Sana-a) for further important clarifications (Technical, legal, coordination with relevant authorities) by the YARD's technical team

· Technical and financial Offers must be separated

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address indicated above, marked with the name of the Entity, tender reference number, type of tender, and the name of the supplier/contractor together with;

· A bank guarantee, or certified cheque, that is non-cancellable and must be valid for 120 days from the date of the opening of envelopes with an amount no less 3, 000 USD

· A copy of valid Commercial Registry.

· A copy of valid tax card.

· A copy Of Zakat Card

· Copy of valid social security card

· A Copy of valid practicing license

· All other terms and requirements as stated in the bidding document
