Description : Invitation to Bid for Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Local Roads
1) The Municipality of San Ildefonso, Bulacan, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos (Php 4, 154, 222.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Local Roads. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Ildefonso, Bulacan now invites bids for the Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Local Roads. Completion of the Works is required seventy (70) working days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
