1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS (Php3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM AT ABRA BREEDING STATION with Contract ID PGA-OPVET2026EDF(CO-WS)-CW01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA now invites bids for REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM AT ABRA BREEDING STATION located at Abra Breeding Center, Calaba, Bangued, Abra.
