1. The Municipal Government Unit of Boliney, through the Budget approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under the RA 7171, CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos (Php 12, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF MANABO - BOLINEY ROAD with contract No.: MBLNY26-RA7171-CW5.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Boliney, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 126 calendar days.
