Tender Details

The project consists of the rehabilitation of part of the existing building (elementary school and school restaurant) aiming for an ambitious level of energy performance with an energy gain exceeding 50% on the existing building (insulation of the building and the roof, replacement of joinery, installation of double flow ventilation, production of hybrid heating, photovoltaic panels, etc.) while the new extension part will comply with the provisions of RE 2020. The buildings will all be in simple ground floor which will require the resumption of developments on the outskirts and will allow accessibility to the entire school group. The deployment of renewable energies is an axis of the project with the hybridization of heating production and the implementation of photovoltaic panels. The renovation of this school group also aims to make the site more accessible, to remove asbestos from school buildings, and to preserve and enhance a wooded environment and vegetation. school lessons.
