Description : The Local Government Unit of Rizal (LGU Rizal), through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (₱1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Anagguan Barangay Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
LGU Rizal now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Anagguan Barangay Road. Completion of the Works require 45 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
