REHABILITATION OF AMTI - DANAC ROAD (INTERMITTENT SECTION)
1. The Municipal Government Unit of Boliney, through the Budget approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under the 20% Development Fund, CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Amti - Danac Road (Intermittent Section) with contract No.: MBLNY26-20%DF-CW16.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Boliney, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 4 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
