Description : Invitation to Bid for REHABILITATION OF ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AT IWAYAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
1. The Local Government Unit of Oras, through the General Appropriation Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only. (P 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Administration Building at Iwayan Elementary School (CB-INFRA-ORAS-2026-026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Oras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
