Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Administration Building and General Medicine Ward for Bolikhamxay Provincial Hospital (Works).

This notice of invitation is launched by and according to the procedures of the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development), on behalf of Project/Programme LAO/027 receiving financial support from the Governments of Lao PDR and of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

1. Identification and financing of the Project

a) Title: LAO/027•18 0813 - Rehabilitation of administration building and general medicine ward for Bolikhamxay Provincial Hospital (Works)

b) Source of financing: The Government of Lao PDR and Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as set out in the Protocol of Programme LAO/027 dated 03.07.2014.

c) Status of financing: Approved

2. Identification of the Contract

Type of Contract: Works

Tender Title: Rehabilitation of administration building and general medicine ward for Bolikhamxay provincial hospital

Number of lots: One
Grouping of lots: N/A

Description: The works consist on the rehabilitation of two existing buildings in Bolikhamxay provincial Hospital, to become the new administration building and the general medicine ward and the construction of a guard house, a family shelter, external works and a motorbike parking.

3. Eligibility and evaluation criteria

Origin: No restriction.

Eligibility: Companies satisfying the criteria included in the Statement of Good Standing and in the ethics clauses of the General Regulations.

Award: The Contract will be awarded to the Tenderer that has submitted the lowest Tender evaluated as compliant with the Administrative and Technical Criteria.

Variants: No variants will be considered.

4. Place and period of performance
Location of the Programme: Vientiane, Lao PDR
Place of performance of the Contract: Paksane, Lao PDR

Performance period: 9 months up to the Provisional Acceptance of the Works (excluding the warranty period).

Validity period of Tenders: 90 days after the deadline for Submission of Tenders.

6. Tender Dossier

Type: Open Tender with unit prices that are fixed and not open for review.
