Description : 1. The Municipal Government of Veruela, by virtue of the Fund released by PGAS from

2023-2029 PDP for the “REHABILITATION OF ACCESS ROAD to Isolation

Facility” situated at Brgy. Sampaguita, Veruela, Agusan del Sur with an ABC of Php

2, 000, 000.00 (Two Million Pesos and 10/00 Centavos) only. Bids received in excess

of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Veruela now invites bids for the “REHABILITATION OF

ACCESS ROAD” to Isolation Facility @ Brgy. Sampaguita, this Municipality. The

Rehabilitation of said proposed access road is to be provided with pipe culverts, surplus

common excavation, aggregate base course, embankment(fill), masonry and stone

masonry. Then laying of aggregate base course is to improve accessibility going to the

Isolation Facility uphill. Approved budget of the Contract(Bidable Amount) based on the

Program of works is Php 2, 000, 000.00 (Two Million Pesos and 00/00 Centavos) only.

Contract duration for the construction is 60 calendar days. Bidders shall have

completed fifty percent (50%) of the ABC and or for Medium A PCAAB License
