1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of THIRTEEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php13, 296, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REHABILITATION OF ABRA YOUTH CENTER with Contract ID PGA-PEO2026(MOOE)-CW04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA now invites bids for REHABILITATION OF ABRA YOUTH CENTER located at Bangued, Abra. Completion of the Works is required within 152 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
