Rehabilitation of 11-a-side artificial grass/artificial ice rink and option to establish a 7-a-side artificial grass rink with underfloor heating and LED lights
Rehabilitation of the current 11-a-side pitch with artificial grass and artificial ice, as well as an option to establish a new 7-a-side artificial grass pitch with underfloor heating on the existing gravel track facing the sea, including changing the lighting fixtures to LED lights in 2 existing masts at the 7-a-side pitch. The contract must be entered into as a turnkey contract according to NS8407. A price is wanted for complete groundwork for the 11-a-side bandy and football pitch, including pipes for cooling and possibly under-heating on the 11-a-side pitch, as well as the delivery of artificial turf with options to choose the type of artificial grass, without rubber granules. In addition, a collaborative contract must be carried out where the selected contractor is responsible for preparing the best possible solution for a technical facility for cooling and heating all lanes at the facility in collaboration with a technical subcontractor and the client. The contractor is responsible for progress. There must be alternative solutions in this phase from various suppliers.
