1. The Barangay Astorga Alangalang Leyte through the budget approved by the Sangguniang Barangay intends to apply the sum of Six hundred Thousand Pesos (P 600, 000.00) being the payment under the contract for REHAB OF BRGY. MULTI-PURPOSE HALL (Progressive, 3rd Phase)
2. Bids received the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding procedure using non- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as "Government Procurement Reform Act".
