Tender are invited for Notice of Utility Tariff FilingThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Hilcorp Alaska Gas Storage, LLC (Hilcorp Storage) filed TA5-787, requesting approval of its Firm Storage Service (FSS) Agreement with Marathon Petroleum Company LP. The FSS Agreement is a special contract under AS 42.05.361(a) and 3 AAC 48.390, and the Commission directed Hilcorp Storage to file signed FSS agreements as tariff advice filings in Order U-25-007(2). The FSS Agreement has an initial term of five years, and allows for five twelve-month extensions. Hilcorp Storage requested an effective date of July 25, 2026.The FSS Agreement provides for a total contract quantity and maximum storage quantity of 1 billion cubic feet (Bcf), a contract injection quantity (CIQ) of 2.82 million standard cubic feet per day (MMscfd), and a contract withdrawal quantity (CWQ) of 3.42 MMscfd.
