Tender are invited for NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILINGThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Homer Electric Association, Inc. (HEA), filed TA488-32, requesting approval of tariff provisions for its Community Energy Program (CEP). HEA-s proposed tariff revisions include the terms, conditions, and fees for the interconnection of community energy facilities to HEA-s distribution system, the procedures for consumers to enroll in the CEP, and establishes the duties HEA will perform for the CEP. HEA proposes an application fee of $800 for facilities with a capacity of 25 kW or less and a fee of $2, 100 for facilities with a capacity greater than 25 kW. Additionally, HEA proposes methodology for a monthly community energy administration fee, which will be assessed to all subscribers, and a monthly community energy facility system fee, calculated independently for each subscriber organization.
