AEL&P requests approval of a permanent rate increase based on the outcome of the cost of service study. If the Commission suspends the tariff revision for further investigation, AEL&P requests a 12.5 percent increase effective June 26, 2026, on an interim and refundable basis pending approval of permanent rates.
