(AireSpring), and Spectrum Aggregator, LP (Spectrum Aggregator), filed an application for Spectrum Aggregator to acquire indirect controlling interest in AireSpring. AireSpring is authorized to provide competitive local exchange services in the service area of ACS of Anchorage, LLC; ACS of Fairbanks, LLC; and ACS of Alaska, LLC, and in the Glacier State study area of the ACS of the Northland, LLC. As part of the proposed transaction, AireSpring will convert from a corporation to a limited liability company.
