Tender are invited for Notice of Pipeline Application for Temporary Disconnection of ServiceThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on June 24, 2025, Oliktok Pipeline Company (Oliktok) filed an application for approval to temporarily discontinue service to the ASRC Consulting & Environmental Services, LLC Gas Hydrates Project production facility from the Oliktok Pipeline. Docket P-25-009 was opened to address the application.Oliktok-s Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 334 allows Oliktok to transport natural gas and natural gas liquids on the Oliktok Pipeline. Oliktok is authorized to connect the ASRC Consulting & Environmental Services, LLC Gas Hydrates Project production facility to the Oliktok Pipeline for power generation and use of thermal evaporators for the project.
