Regulation (EU) 2024/1991 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the restoration of nature (hereinafter - the Regulation) is adopted in 2024. June 24 According to the Regulation, EU member states are obliged until 2026. September 1 submit the National Nature Restoration Plan, which must identify the Baltic Seas of Lithuania the areas of marine habitats in the area, their condition, planned measures to restore habitats in bad condition or to maintain habitats in good condition and to fill gaps in knowledge.
