Regular supply of compressed natural gas to feed the heating system of the TXA-Varna In order to carry out the supply of compressed natural gas (CNG), the public procurement supplier (PO) needs to provide the relevant technical equipment - specialized transport and replaceable cylinder groups with a working pressure of 20MPa, collected in a strong metal frame and mounted on a mobile platform. The gas cylinder groups should be equipped with a shut-off and measuring system and automatically act a safety device that ensures the release of natural gas into the atmosphere when the temperature of the walls of the bottles rises above 100 degrees Celsius. All gas equipment must be equipped with a passport and certificate, according to the regulations requirements. Characteristics of CNG: natural gas methane - compressed with a calorific value not lower than 8000 to 10000 kilocalories per cubic meter. The pressure of the supplied natural gas /methane/ is compressed to 20 MPa. Quality requirements: The delivered CNG must comply with the requirements and standards defined in the Ordinance on the quality of liquid fuels, the conditions, order and manner of their control, the requirements of the Clean Air Act, as well as all other applicable requirements of the current regulatory framework of the Republic of Bulgaria - according to the BDS or equivalent.
