This contract is a public service contract relating to regular interior cleaning services with low environmental impact, including the supply of sustainable consumables. This contract includes: • Regular professional interior cleaning services performed inrespect for the environment, premises accessible to members of staff and visitors of the COST Association; • Waste management, including the provision or replacement of sorting bins; • The supply and installation of consumables and accessories for sanitationliving rooms and kitchens; • Cleaning the 165 windows of the interior facade (L: 1m23; H: 2m56) and the 50 glass partitions (L: 0m86; H: 2m47), 30 glass partitions (L: 0m86; H: 2m27) and 28 glass doors which can be achieved without the use of specialized machinery or equipment; • THEdeep cleaning of the carpet which covers the floor of the majority of premises.
