The subject of procurement is regular home care services for the elderly in accordance with the Appendix Service description, the welfare area's own to support the operation. Home care means a service that ensures that a person performs the activities of everyday life in their home and living environment. The home care services are based on the valid home care services of the Welfare District award criteria and service need assessment. The content of the home care visits is based on the customer plan made by the customer guidance unit. The service is a social service as defined in the Social Care Act, the whole also includes health care service contents. More detailed information and requirements of the procurement package in this request for tenders and in the appendices, especially Appendix Service Description, which state the minimum and quality requirements of the services offered. The Procurement Act is followed in procurement 1397/2016. The method of procedure is an open procedure exceeding the EU threshold.
