Regular Bidding 26/Mar/2019 - Procurement of Goods: Const'n Materials for the use of DepEd - Const'n of Sch. Gym @ Catalan Elem. Sch., Cuambugan (PR 200-19-02-0112)

The City Government of Tagum, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) hereby invites all interested PhilGEPS registered suppliers to submit bids for the procurement of goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



Instructions to bidders and other details of the items for procurement together with the Bid Forms are available starting March 16, 2019 with charge as per Annex -œA- of GPPB Resolution No. 04-2012. Dropping of sealed bids shall be until March 26, 2019, 1:00 PM together with a bid security equivalent to 2% for CASH BOND or MANAGER-S/CASHIER-S CHECK based on the TOTAL AMOUNT of the APPROVED BUDGET of the items and Opening of Bids will be on March 26, 2019 at 1:30 PM. All of these activities shall be held at the Conference Room, BAC Secretariat Office, 3rd Floor City Hall Bldg., JV Ayala Ave., Brgy. Apokon, Tagum City.



The Bids and Awards Committee a.) Reserves the right to reject any or all bids; b.) Waive any defect or formality; c.) Declare failure of bidding if there is prima facie evidence of any prohibited act which restricts, suppresses or nullifies any or all bidding procedures to the disadvantage of the government; d.) Assumes no obligation whatsoever to indemnify the bidder(s) for any expense that they may incur in the preparation of their bids; and e.) to accept only such bid(s) established to be the most advantageous to the government.
