being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for the REGRAVELLING OF BARANGAY ROADS AT BARANGAY CAYUCAY, CITY OFLAMINOS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
