The subject of the VZ performance is the development, delivery and implementation of a new information system including the electronicization of the register of universities and study programs and its supporting processes, including the provision of its four-year technical support, operation and development. IS development The Register of Higher Education Institutions and activities beyond the provision of technical support and operation of the system will take place on the basis of the Framework Agreement concluded in accordance with § 131 et seq. ZZVZ with one supplier. The contracting authority will order these services. Technical support and system operation on 48 months will be fulfilled on the basis of the Contract.
