THE SUBJECT-MATTER OF THE PROCUREMENTAs part of the Regional Teachers Initiative for Africa RTIA, the Finnish National Agency for Education is preparing a procurement for technical assistance in the field of teacher governance and development in Liberia. Country Action Plan of Liberia will requireimplementation of three technical areas. The Supplier can send an offer for one or several technical areas. The implementation of the technical areas will include organizing technical and validation workshops together with the Ministry of Education of Liberia. The procurement will divide into threetechnical areas (TA), which are:1. Pre-service teacher training curricular reform to enhance literacy, gender-responsive pedagogy, green skills, digital literacy, and inclusive education2. Capacity development of Rural Teacher Training Institutes (RTTIs)3.
