Products or services: Regular bus services, fixed routes or scheduled services The Municipal Cultural Corporation of Chillán, hereinafter “THE CORPORATION”, calls for Public Bidding for the contracting of the “Regional Transportation Service of Passengers 2026", intended to satisfy the transfer requirements associated with the cultural, educational and extension activities developed by the institution. The service will have the purpose of transporting passengers who participate in activities organized or coordinated by THE CORPORATION, both inside and outside its facilities, including the Municipal Theater of Chillán and the Municipal Cultural Center. The transfers will be aimed mainly at students from establishments educational workers from urban and rural sectors, belonging to the pre-basic, basic and secondary education levels, as well as teachers, educational assistants, auxiliaries, managers and parents. Likewise, the service may consider the transfer of attendees to cultural activities and shows, including children, young people, adults and seniors from different communes of the Ñuble Region, in accordance with the specific requirements of each activity.
