Järvi-Suomen Energia Oy requests bids for regional network maintenance for the years 2027-2031. The maintenance works include works on the 110 kV voltage-level overhead power transmission network and the 110 kV voltage-level underground cable network. maintenance works include grounding repairs, walking inspection, rot inspections, and grounding measurements and ground potential report. The procurement also includes the fault repairs of the 110 kV overhead line network, the dropping of frost loads and the fault repair material inventory maintenance. The supplier must have the ability, in terms of personnel, equipment and know-how, to carry out fault repairs of the 110 kV overhead line network and to handle the grounding of the work site. The 110 kV voltage level components of substations are not included here to the contractor, with the exception of the components of the 110kV underground cable network and power line poles located in the substation field. The content of the procurement is described in more detail in the tender request appendix "JSE 110 kV maintenance Project description 2027-2031". the contract period is 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2027. After the fixed-term contract period, the subscriber can, if he wishes, extend the contract with extension options: 1.1.2028 - 31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030 - 31.12.2031. The subscriber informs the supplier in writing of the use of the extension option at the latest three (3) months before the end of the valid contract period
