The subject of the public contract is construction work consisting in the proper execution of the building (work) named "Regional hospital Jičín - psychiatry pavilion - construction work" The subject of the public contract is demolition and construction work, related services and supplies consisting in the implementation of the construction according to the project documentation entitled "Regional hospital Jičín - psychiatry pavilion - project documentation" in the documentation stage for the construction, developer KANIA a.s., Špálova 809, 702 00 Ostrava - Přívoz, manager designer Ing. Ondrej Fabián. The construction works consist of the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of new three-story buildings connected by a staircase (medical facilities), including two underground floors intended for parking and technology. Further on will build and maintain complete infrastructure, such as roads, ramps, sewers (rain and sewage), water and gas connections, electrical and low-current distribution (including substation and data networks) and outdoor lighting. They are part of the project and outdoor improvements, including garden improvements with planting greenery, construction of green roofs, exterior amphitheater. The subject of the work also includes construction improvements on third-party land (hereinafter referred to as the "affected land"). All these works are specified in project documentation, which is attached to this tender documentation. The contractor is obliged to carry out these works to the full extent and quality according to the project documentation, and at the same time he is obliged before starting them...
