Conclusion of a framework agreement with one party per lot for transport services for the operation of a regular motor vehicle service (expected to begin April 2026) with a term of 10 years.
The transport services of the lines:

probable annual timetable kilometers: 1, 200, 000 timetable kilometers
The actual transport service per lot that is being tendered, in particular the amount of annual timetable kilometers and the division of the lines into lots kmay be changed accordingly due to regional requirements. In addition, the client assumes a change of up to 30% of the currently estimated annual timetable kilometers. If necessary, these changes will be mandated by follow-up calls from the framework agreementprotrudes. It is also pointed out that the client is planning to include the operation of e-buses for some of the routes as an option in the tender.
The above-mentioned transport service is awarded as part of a two-stage negotiation procedure in accordance with BVergG 2018.
