The selected Bidder will be required to achieve Ready-for-Takeover of the Work by October 1st, 2026. Bids (including all Appendices) must be submitted electronically before 11:00 am local time on July 16th, 2026. Any Bids received after the Bid submission deadline will be returned to the Bidder unopened. Bids shall be emailed to the following address: Attn: Cailin MacPherson Email: [email protected] A mandatory site meeting and walkthrough has been scheduled for July 7th, 2026 at 11am. All Bidders must attend the site meeting and walkthrough in order to familiarize themselves with the true extent of the Work. Bidders who attended the mandatory site visit may make arrangements with Regina Housing Authority to make subsequent visits to the site.
