I. Subject of the proceedings: 1. Regeneration/repair of the PBECFP 254-120 cylinder - 1 piece II. Subject requirements: 1. Transport before and after the service is provided by the Contractor on its own. 2. Materials, parts and components replaced or dismantled during repairs, constitute the property of the Ordering Party and should be returned to him. III. Additional provisions: 1. The offer should be submitted as an attachment to this procedure. The offer should include: warranty period, service completion date counted from the date placing an order.2.The Supplier undertakes to pay the Ordering Party a contractual penalty for: a) the Contractor's withdrawal from the order for reasons for which the Ordering Party is not responsible in the amount of 20% of the Contractor's gross remuneration; b) withdrawal from order by the Ordering Party for reasons for which the Contractor is liable in the amount of 20% of the Contractor's gross remuneration; c) delay in the provision of the service in the amount of 2% of the Contractor's gross remuneration for each day of delay. Contractual penalties may be claimed for each title separately and are subject to cumulation. 3. The creditor may not transfer the order receivable to a third party without the written consent of the Ordering Party. 4. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of the item together with the invoice. In case delivery of the invoice after the delivery date, the deadline of 30 days will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the debtor, and in the case of delivery of the invoice before delivery of the order, the deadline will be counted from the date of delivery of the...
