PKP Intercity Remtrak Sp. z o. o. based in Libiszów requests the submission of an offer, the subject of which is: Repairs of 64 pieces of wagon bumpers at the P4 level. According to the recommendations, the service should include the following activities: Static characteristics of the bumper; Complete disassembly; Washing of parts; Quality control of all bumper components along with the preparation of measurement cards; Repair/replacement of the energy absorption system; Shot blasting; Repair or replacement of parts casing components (key, disc in accordance with approved welding technology);Assembly and marking;Painting;Packaging and shippingFull quality documentation;Commissioner's acceptance - 3.2 Certificate Recognized supplier PKP Intercity S.A.Approved by PKP Intercity ARE. WTWiOW, in the event of a negative verification of a bumper that does not meet the technical parameters allowing the bumper to be further used, it is necessary to prepare a cancellation protocol confirmed by the PKP IC acceptance commissioner and documentation photo.
