POLREGIO S.A. The Lublin Plant in Lublin invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information regarding: REGENERATION of shock absorbers: I. Subject matter of the proceedings:1. Horizontal hydraulic shock absorber 900/10 - 8 pcs2. Vertical hydraulic shock absorber 900/10 - 8 pcs3. Horizontal hydraulic shock absorber 730/10 - 16 pcs. 4. Vertical hydraulic shock absorber 730/10 - 16 pcs. EN57-1258II. Subject requirements: 1. The Contractor will provide transport of shock absorbers on his own. 3. The required repair period is 14 calendar days. III. Additional provisions: 1. The offer should include a warranty period. 2. The Supplier undertakes to pay the Ordering Party a contractual penalty for: a) the Contractor's withdrawal from the order for reasons The Ordering Party is not liable in the amount of 20% of the Contractor's gross remuneration; b) withdrawal from the order by the Ordering Party for reasons for which the Contractor is liable in the amount of 20% of the Contractor's gross remuneration; c) delay in implementation deliveries in the amount of 2% of the Contractor's gross remuneration for each day of delay. Contractual penalties may be claimed for each case separately and are cumulative. 3. The creditor may not transfer the receivables of the order to a person without the written consent of the Ordering Party. third.4.Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of the item together with the invoice.
