Tender Details

Regeneration, modernization and development work on the Baie de Somme tourist railway. The framework agreement will be executed, in part, by issuing purchase orders for the work appearing in the unit price schedule and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts in application of articles R.2162-2 to R.2162-4 of the public procurement code, as and when the needs of the Department of the Somme arise, for a maximum annual order amount of: 500, 000 Euros excluding tax. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 1 year(s), from its date of notification. The framework agreement is tacitly renewable, under the conditions defined in the CCAP, 3 times, for a period of 1 year, i.e. a maximum duration of 4 Year(s). THE Variations are not permitted.
