Regeneration of the magnetic clutch FI 1802xSPA/24VDC (pulley with clutch) - 4 pieces Subject requirements: 1. Binding date offer: 30 calendar days.2. Transport of goods at the expense and risk of the Contractor, to the headquarters of the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A. Rolling Stock Maintenance Section in Lublin, ul. Gazowa 6, 20-406 Lublin).3. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of invoice delivery. In case delivery of the invoice after the order completion date, the deadline of 30 days will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the ordering party, and in the case of delivery of the invoice before the order is completed, the deadline will be counted from the date of order completion.4. Certificate 2.1.5. The Contractor undertakes to pay the Ordering Party a contractual penalty for delay in the provision of the service in the amount of 0.2% of the Contractor's net remuneration for each day of delay.6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: a) terminate the proceedings without making a choice i without giving a reason or invalidating the proceedings; b) the possibility of changing the conditions of the proceedings before the deadline for submitting offers; c) after completing the inquiry, the possibility of starting the second stage in the form of a discount auction; d)possibility free choice of offer.7.
