The purpose of Amendment 0007 to Solicitation W15QKN-26-Q-A050 is as follows:
1. Revise the CLIN structure to remove all Lodi, NJ009 CLINs and to reflect that the only location for performance is the Jersey City, NJ008 location.
2. Correct the quantities and unit of measure on all CLINS.
3. To add "as needed" to the CLIN descriptions of CLINs 0003, 1003, 2003, 3003, and 4003.
4. To revise the due date for submitting quotes to Friday, 17 April 2026 no later than 2pm (EST).
5. To provide the correct Performance Work Statement attachment.
All other terms and conditions of Solicitation W15QKN-26-Q-A050 remains unchanged and in full effect. Please see the revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Solicitation Amendment 0007 attached to this amendment.
AMENDMENT 0006 -
The purpose of Amendment 0006 is to post the revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) which indicates that only the Jersey City, NJ008 location will be considered for this requirement. In addition, the due date for quotes has been extended to Wednesday, 15 APRIL 2026 NLT 2pm (EST). Please see the attachment for Amendment 0006 Solicitation, the revised Performance Work Statement and the Map for the Jersey City, NJ008 location.
AMENDMENT 0005-
The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to post the 'Questions & Answers' document for questions received regarding this requirement. Please see the attached 'Questions & Answers' document for reference purposes. The due date for quotes will remain as 10 APRIL 2026, no later than 2:00pm (EST).
