The works to be executed comprise refurbishment of sports centre arena including replacement of roofing system, flooring system and internal finishes, associated builder's works and building services installation at Ap Lei Chau Municipal Services Building, Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong. The construction floor area involved is approximately 1, 560 square metres. The contract is scheduled to commence in September 2024 and for completion in September 2025.
